Olga Koroliova is an experienced endocrinologist with many years of clinical practice in Russia and the Czech Republic. She specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of endocrine disorders, including thyroid diseases, diabetes mellitus and its complications, osteoporosis, as well as disorders of the pituitary and adrenal glands. She has extensive experience in managing patients with metabolic disorders, obesity and hormonal dysfunctions, including endocrinological support during pregnancy for diabetic patients. Throughout her practice, she places an emphasis on a comprehensive diagnostic approach to ensure an approach suitable to the patient’s concern: detailed medical history assessment, laboratory investigations, ultrasound diagnostics.
She is proficient in thyroid ultrasonography, performing and interpreting oral glucose tolerance tests, diagnosing osteoporosis and analysing densitometry data. Furthermore, Dr. Koroleva has experience in applying modern diabetes management technologies, including selection and adjustment of insulin therapy, use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, including management and supervision of insulin pump therapy.
