- Performing rapid diagnostic tests (urine and blood analysis with 54 key health indicators) or referral for extended laboratory testing
- Prescription of effective treatment and, if needed, administration of vaccines
- Issuance of medical certificates and recommendations for child care
- Post-visit support: a medical assistant follows up with the parents within a few days to evaluate recovery progress, arrange an online consultation if needed, or send an electronic prescription for additional medication
